Amelia FriedmanProduction Coordinator
Joining the Eventique team in 2019, Amelia works directly with the agency’s Founder and Vice President of Operations in dual roles of office administration and event coordination.
On the administration side, Amelia is the agency’s gatekeeper in managing event-related expenses, vendor-to-venue relations, and all travel for event staff. On the production front, Amelia sources vendors, manages and communicates floor plans, and once on site, liaisons between vendors, venue, and the production team. Her onsite presence brings her across the country, from intimate social gatherings to large-scale conferences.
Prior to joining the Eventique team, Amelia worked with the Boston-based Rafanelli Events organization, where she was an onsite event manager. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) with a double major in Event Planning and Communications.
