Liron David

Liron’s 17+ years of experience in the events industry has taught him to be hands-on with his teams and clients, meticulous with details, and to maintain a calm demeanor under any circumstance. These tenets have helped ensure that every event is produced to the highest possible standards.

As an entrepreneur and innovator, Liron is instinctively always on the hunt for the most cutting edge technologies and designs to present to his clients. He’s an advocate for trying new methodologies and ideas in only the most sensible of environments, which he attributes to the trusted relationships he has developed with Fortune 500 companies, global non-profit organizations, and executives and personalities.

A native New Yorker who got his start in the event industry as a touring nightclub DJ and corporate emcee, Liron is never the stiff official in the background of an event — he will often be found mingling amongst guests, using his effervescent personality to set the evening’s tone.

With his great attention to detail and passion for every part of the production and design process, Liron continually surpasses client expectations and transforms visions into truly unforgettable events.

Christopher Mattina
Vice President, Operations

Christopher Mattina

Christopher’s primary role as Eventique’s VP of Operations is to bring the right vendors and team members together for each project, and to oversee the end-to-end process of each event, including sales conferences, trade show exhibitions, celebratory galas, and brand launches.

Christopher consistently assesses quality control throughout every step of the production process, so that the objectives and aesthetics of each client are met. His attention to detail, flawless planning, problem-solving, technical skills, and easy-going nature make Christopher an asset in bridging the gap between client, agency, and vendor partners, where understanding the language from the technical and creative sides is key to a successful event. His range of vendor relations and critical thinking makes him one of the most resourceful assets to any client.

Christopher began is career in the events business in his teens as a private events Disc Jockey. Between his bachelors degree in Fine Arts & Design and his ability to get people on a dance floor, Christopher has an intuitive understanding of how to move an audience.

Eric Wielander Eventique
Director, Strategy + Communications

Eric Wielander

Joining Eventique in 2017, Eric Wielander brings 20+ years of entertainment, lifestyle and brand experience to the agency. With his professional background in the media and public relations sector, Eric is a dynamic strategist for Eventique’s clients, providing conceptualization and creative guidance, talent sourcing, communication, interactive / experiential environments, and developing ideas that can generate earned media — all leading to bringing home a client’s overarching message.

Prior to joining Eventique, Eric held various operations, client relations, and business development positions at several award-winning boutique to mid-size public relations agencies in New York. His background in events includes working with brands, organizations, and festivals such as Super 8 Hotels, PepsiCo, Rolling Rock, Wyndham Grand, A|X Armani Exchange, and School of Rock, among others. Eric began his foray in the media and entertainment world as a music journalist, magazine editor, and publisher.

Production Coordinator

Amelia Friedman

Joining the Eventique team in 2019, Amelia works directly with the agency’s Founder and Vice President of Operations in dual roles of office administration and event coordination.

On the administration side, Amelia is the agency’s gatekeeper in managing event-related expenses, vendor-to-venue relations, and all travel for event staff. On the production front, Amelia sources vendors, manages and communicates floor plans, and once on site, liaisons between vendors, venue, and the production team. Her onsite presence brings her across the country, from intimate social gatherings to large-scale conferences.

Prior to joining the Eventique team, Amelia worked with the Boston-based Rafanelli Events organization, where she was an onsite event manager. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) with a double major in Event Planning and Communications.

Diana Crisci Eventique
Director, Events + Catering

Diana Crisci

As Eventique’s Director of Events + Catering, Diana Crisci brings experience and knowledge from a 20+ year career in hospitality, operations, and off-premise catering sales. Her penchant for great food, libations, impeccable service and exquisite decor make her a strategic business professional with any event she choreographs, and her passion for nonprofit organizations makes her particularly well suited for fundraising galas.

Diana’s clients include Fortune 500 Companies (GM, Pepsico), former U.S. Presidents (Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush), Leaders from the Public and Private Sector (Senator Charles Schumer, Julia Child), Non-Profit Organizations (American Red Cross, Operation Smile), A-List Musicians (Jay-Z, Elton John), Actors (Uma Thurman, Meryl Streep), and Sports Personalities (NJ Devils, Arnold Palmer).

Diana’s first experience with fundraising events was her own creation of what eventually became the Children’s Cancer Research Fund of New York Medical College. She currently serves on the boards and committees of the American Cancer Society, Integrity Inc, Make-A-Wish Foundation Women’s Association of Morristown Medical Center, and Boy Scouts of America.

Micheal Burns Eventique
Director, Destination Management

Michael Burns

With meticulous attention to detail and a background in finance, Michael Burns has the knowledge and skill set to manage the many intricacies of venue and travel management. As an on-site event planner, Michael ensures that no problem is left unsolved, regardless of how big the task or complicated the issue may be. Michael has extensive meeting, event planning and negotiating experience working with large associations and Fortune 500 companies, overseeing client budgets ranging from $50,000-$1+ million.

Michael’s entire career has revolved around the servicing of clients and their needs. A graduate from the University of Maryland at College Park, Michael went through the rigorous training program at Morgan Stanley and quickly climbed the ranks to Vice President, where he managed millions of dollars in assets for over 500 clients and became their trusted advisor.

When he is not playing basketball or taking his daughters to dance lessons, you will find Michael watching, reading, and talking about sports.

Kevin Oliver Eventique
Director of A/V

Kevin Oliver

Kevin Oliver has more than 25 years of experience executing events of all sizes both nationally and abroad. He studied Management Information Systems at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and quickly transitioned into the New York City meetings and events industry, specializing in audiovisual and production support. In his spare time, the Queens, New York native is an active volunteer for several youth charities in his East Northport, New York community, where he now resides with his wife and two children.

Rob Flores

With 17+ years of experience in the events industry, Rob Flores is an audio and video production specialist whose mandate is to be a trustworthy concierge to every one of his clients. In the moment that Rob has an event concept and its assets in hand, he studies through every detail to foresee any issues, and anticipates situations ahead of time. Once on site, Rob leads his team of technicians to get his clients in a comfort zone for their event, with minimal troubleshooting. Rob’s clients range from intimate social functions to corporate symposiums that scale up to attendees in the thousands all around the world.
David Zeffren - Eventique
Lighting Design

David Zeffren

With an extensive background in theater and opera, David is a lighting designer for private and corporate events, concerts, art installations, and a lighting director for television. He has been working in the U.S. and internationally since the late 1990’s.
Gabriel Furman Eventique
Event Manager

Gabriel Furman

Gabriel Furman is a multifaceted event manager who is uniquely skilled at both the technical aspects of event production as much as he is creative. His magnetic personality enables him to be equally versatile at leading an event team as much as leading a crowd into a moonwalk frenzy on a dance floor. The high trust level Gabriel has with clients is backed up by more than 20 years in the event and entertainment field.

Gabriel began his profession in the special effects industry, which later turned into an acting career on stage and screen. When he’s not producing, DJing, and MCing at Eventique events, Gabriel can be seen on such shows as “Orange Is the New Black” and “Blue Bloods.” Gabriel has also brought his comedic side to audiences through Upright Citizens Brigade and The Pit.

Paul Clay Eventique
Creative Director

Paul Clay

Paul Clay is an award-winning Creative Director and Media Designer specializing in events, activations, trade shows, product launches, and retail design for luxury, fashion, and technology companies. Past clients include Tiffany & Company, DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Levi’s, Diesel, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, Guess, and The Museum of Modern Art, among others. His work has garnered accolades from Exhibitor magazine’s “The Best of CES2016″ and Pave’s Platinum (top) Prize in design for his LED special effects for Saks Fifth Avenue. Paul also did the award winning Set and Projections designs for the Broadway musical RENT.

Having served for many years as a Video VJ in the New York nightlife scene, Paul’s video art has been regularly featured in New York and Paris Fashion Weeks, has been shown internationally in galleries and museums, and been reviewed in The New York and London Times, ARTnews, and more. Paul is also founder of the non-profit art gallery, Cuchifritos.
